- In depth knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems (such as Windows® XP and Windows® server 2003), covering operation, installation, configuration and problem solving.
- In depth knowledge of the features in each of the Sage & Access products.
- Expertise in installation and configuration of all products.
- Expertise in tailoring standard software where applicable.
- Experience in supporting a number of installations in a variety of different sized companies.
- An understanding of good accounting practice.
- An established and stabile supplier
