The project manager will be responsible for the planning, co-ordination, and control of the project from inception to completion. From the initial pre-implementation meeting, he/she will guide you through all the areas of the project. Meetings will be constructed, at which full details, of all aspects of the project will be discussed and any previous issues updated and resolved. Your manager will be with you through each phase up to and including the point at which you go live.

As part of the overall service we will identify any areas where integration between two or more applications is required. Our developers will then be briefed of your requirements and software will be developed to achieve the desired result.

Professional and thorough training is as important as the overall installation of any software application. The ability to use the system in the correct manner can determine the overall success or otherwise of the whole project.

We provide individual training schemes which are tailored to suit the specific needs of the business and are carried out in a way that ensures that when you go live with the software application, the user is fully prepared for the new functionality.

The training courses are carried out by accredited consultants who have ‘real life’ experience of payroll and accounting. They can be carried out on a one to one basis, or in a classroom style at our offices in Basildon or at a location of your choice.
