Ease of Use

All the Access products enjoy the same 'look & feel' offering clear, concise user-friendly functionality. Navigation between individual screens is kept to a minimum and pop-up lists speed the entry of commonly used items, such as stock codes. Toolbars and field names can be customised throughout the entire system for each individual user and multiple screens can be accessed at the same time, for even greater efficiency.

When it comes to analyzing your data, you set the rules. 'Snap shots' are available from individual records, whilst sort keys enable you to specify the criteria for system-wide analysis. With over 220 conventional (paper-based) Crystal reports, 250 advanced (on-screen) business summaries and 2-way links to Microsoft Office, you will soon understand your business with new depth and clarity.

Paperless Trading

Every report can be sent by fax or e-mail, or simply printed to a local or networked printer. With its in-built XML functionality (to the BASDA eBIS standard) Access allows you to go one stage further - information exchanged in this electronic format will update your system automatically.

Multi-Currency Processing

Access is renowned for its strength and simplicity in the area of multi-currency trading.. The number of trading currencies is unlimited, as is the number of exchange rates per currency. The complexities of calculating and accounting for exchange rate gains or losses are handled automatically by the system, and full analysis is passed into the Nominal Ledger for detailed management reporting.

Multi-Language Options

The system can be customized to operate in an unlimited number of Western (script-based) languages. In a multi-user environment you can have different languages on each pc. You can also specify defaults for individual customers and suppliers, allowing documents to be printed in the language of the recipient. Reports can be printed in any language loaded onto your system.

Multi-Period Posting

Up to 23 accounting periods can remain open at all times, providing the ability to post transactions forwards and backwards from the current trading period.

Auditing & Enquiries
All transactions update their relevant ledger in real time. They can be viewed and retained indefinitely, and reprints of system generated documents (from Delivery Notes to Sales Invoices) can be re-printed whenever the user desires.
